How We Work

At no cost or obligation to you we will arrange a phone conference with you, discuss your current business data systems. Where appropriate we will recommend a custom database application or other software solution to replace, streamline, augment, or combine your current systems. You will receive an initial brief analysis and rough estimate of time and cost to complete the proposed project.

If you decide to go forward, we quote a cost to prepare a detailed Project Plan and Project Estimate. The Project Plan contains a brief assessment of your current operations, then breaks out the proposed project in several phases with specific action items for each phase. The last phase is Acceptance Testing, where your personnel evaluate the program, report any problems or deviations from the Project Plan, and we fix those problems and deliver a revised program version.

The Project Estimate is a detailed spreadsheet which breaks out the cost estimates for each aspect of the Project Plan, so that you will know what parts of the project cost what. You are free to proceed with any parts of the Plan that fit within your budget, or choose to have us implement the entire Plan and deliver the program with all of the described features.
